HTH is owned by First Kaska, the economic development corporation of the Liard First Nation. Located in Watson Lake, Yukon, First Kaska provides a range of construction, transportation and energy services to the public and private sector. Its mandate is to stimulate and sustain the local economy, provide jobs and training to Liard First Nations members, and encourage local investment in Watson Lake.
